Connecting Users with Photographers/shooters:
Eazyera's Collaborative Platform

– Users booking a shooter(client) through
Eazyera are required to pay a platform fee to
cover administrative costs and ensure smooth
service facilitation. This fee is non-refundable
once the shooter's(client) services are engaged,
confirming bookings upon payment.

– The remaining balance for services must be
settled directly with the shooter(client)
adhering to their specified terms and separate
from the platform fee.

– Eazyera guarantees the quality and reliability
of shutterbugs listed on the platform, aiming to
match guests with professionals who meet their
specific design requirements.

– Users have the option to cancel a booking, but
the platform fee remains non-refundable. Any
cancellation fees or refund policies for the
shooter's(client) services are determined by the
shooter(client) and communicated prior to
booking.

– While Eazyera endeavors to provide accurate
information on photographer availability, actual
availability may vary and is subject to
confirmation by the shooter.

– Eazyera does not assume liability for any
issues arising from the shooter's(client)
services, including quality of work,
punctuality, or professional conduct. Users are
encouraged to review shooter(client) portfolios
and reviews before reserving.
